Our house-made bliss ball mix in a jar — just blitz in a food processor and roll. No oil or liquid needed; the almonds release their natural oils as you blend. The mixture should reach the texture of sticky mud, then roll into balls and refrigerate or freeze. A quick, no-bake, nutrient-dense snack.
