  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Processing and dispatch

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Interstate capital cities: 3–7 business days

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damage. We will arrange an exchange or store credit as per our Return and Refund Policy.
