Nut & Seed Loaf

Our house-made nut and seed loaf mix — a dense, grain-free-style bread packed with seeds, nuts and fibre. Combine with coconut oil, maple syrup and water, press into a loaf tin, rest for 20 minutes, then bake. The psyllium husks and chia seeds bind everything together for a satisfying, sliceable loaf. Perfect toasted with avocado, nut butter or smoked salmon.
