Dried prunes (unpitted), Aussie grown and  naturally sweet, chewy and packed with dietary fibre. A great snack on their own or chopped into muesli, trail mix, baking and stewed fruit compotes. Prunes are one of the highest-fibre dried fruits available and a good source of potassium and vitamin K.
