Our house-made gluten-free nut and seed loaf mix — the same hearty, grain-free-style bread as our original but made with rolled buckwheat instead of oats for a fully gluten-free option. Combine with coconut oil, maple syrup and water, press into a loaf tin, rest for 20 minutes, then bake. The psyllium husks and chia seeds bind everything together for a dense, satisfying, sliceable loaf. Perfect toasted with avocado, nut butter or smoked salmon.
