Seed Cracker Mix

Our house-made seed cracker mix, a simple, crunchy cracker base you can season however you like. Combine with water and your choice of seasoning (cumin and coriander, garlic and rosemary, or tamari all work well), roll out between baking sheets, score, and bake low and slow. Leave to cool in the oven for extra crunch. Great with dips, cheese or on their own.
