Ocean Honey - Local Raw

Local raw honey, unprocessed, unheated and unpasteurised, just as nature intended. We sell around 30 litres every two weeks, so it's always beautifully fresh. Raw honey retains its natural enzymes, pollen and beneficial properties that are lost in commercially processed honey. Use it in tea, drizzle over yoghurt and porridge, stir into dressings, or enjoy straight from the spoon. The flavour profile varies naturally with the seasons depending on what the bees are foraging.

Locally sourced. Suitable for gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo diets. Not suitable for vegans. Not suitable for children under 12 months. Packed in a facility that handles nuts, seeds, gluten, soy and sesame.
