Organic medium-grain white rice, supplied by Terra Madre. A fluffy, mild-flavoured rice that works with everything — curries, stir-fries, sushi bowls, fried rice or as a simple side dish. Medium grain has a slightly softer, stickier texture than long grain, making it great for rice bowls and risotto-style dishes.
