A wholesome take on the classic. Add coconut oil and maple syrup, roll, and bake — naturally vegan and dairy-free.
What's in the mix: organic khorasan wheat flour, organic coconut sugar, organic rolled oats, coconut, hemp seeds, baking powder (raising agents 450, 500), cornflour.
You'll add at home: 4½ Tbsp melted coconut oil, 4½ Tbsp maple syrup (a splash of milk if the dough's dry).
How to make it: Preheat oven to 180°C. Empty the mix into a bowl and add the coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix to a dough (add a splash of milk if it's dry). Roll into balls and flatten on a lined tray. Bake 10 mins, then cool.
